Saurabh was born in
Rishikesh,India in 1996 .He completed his higher studies from
dehradun.Basically from the childhood he was connected to Yoga & Spiritual
life as he spent his childhood in such place where great masters and yogis used
to live.He used to practice yoga asanas by himself, but he introduced himself
in teaching profession in 2017 .He is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher
from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanvantari Ashram,Kerala and Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher from Mysore style.After taking yoga courses
from kerala,he came back to Rishikesh,immersing and focusing himself on his
self practice, increasing his yogic knowledge and experience.Along with that
,he also started offering his yoga classes in Rishikesh, improving his ability
to teach and inspire other people in yogic path.After few months of his
teaching career, he again went to Sivananda Ashram in Uttarkashi to assist the
teacher training course.
Now,he is a part of Atmashree
Yoga Family sharing his knowledge,experience and wisdom to our students and
guests.
